Author's Responsibilities

The paper is original and has not been submitted to any other conferences or journals. The paper does not contain any plagiarism and will be presented by the author or a co-author in person. The conference organisers will be bound by the IAPR Statement of Ethics including the IAPR Ethical Requirements for Authors. DICTA 2014 retains the right to eliminate any papers in violation of these requirements.

Dual/Double Submissions

By submitting a paper to DICTA 2014, the authors guarantee that it has not been previously published (or accepted for publication) in substantially similar form. Furthermore, no paper which contains significant overlap with the contributions of this paper either is under review at the moment of submission or will be submitted during the DICTA 2014 review period to any of the following: another conference, a workshop, or a journal. Violation of any of these conditions will lead to your paper not being included in the proceedings.

Instructions for submitting manuscripts for review (passed)

All submissions must be made electronically as PDF files. The submitted paper should be blind (none of the authors affiliations or names should be included or disclosed in the submitted paper), with its content in final, publishable form before the submission deadline listed in the important dates. Paper submissions will be reviewed by at least two members of the technical and/or program committee. This process will be conducted entirely online, with the results of the review process to be posted on the relevant website. Authors will also be notified of the review outcome by email. Papers accepted for the conference will be allocated up to 8 pages in the proceedings. A complete paper should be submitted in camera-ready format.

Supplementary material (passed)

Submission of supplementary material is optional. The supplementary material may include i) images or videos to illustrate or demonstrate the proposed work or its results; ii) derivations or proofs in addition to those presented in the paper; and/or iii) anonymized related submissions to other conferences and journals.
