Presentation Guidlines
Oral Presentations
Oral sessions will be 20 minutes long. This includes time for questions and speaker changeover so please aim for a presentation time of around 16-17 minutes.
A laptop running Windows and a current version of PowerPoint will be available should you wish to use it.
Poster Presentations
Each poster will have a display area of 1.8m x 1.8m on a carpeted board. Self adhesive hook velcro will be available for mounting your poster.
Ensure that you will be available to explain your poster and answer questions in the allocated poster session.
